How material moves through this line
Multi-ripping
Timber is broken into lamellae in a single pass, with far better dimensional consistency than manual ripping.
Defect removal
Defective areas are cut out and discarded, leaving only clean lamellae.
Finger-jointing
Short lamellae are turned into long lengths; mechanically the joint approaches the strength of the solid section.
Pressing and calibrating
Lamellae are edge-glued and pressed, then calibrated and sanded to final thickness.
