Laminating press and beam production
Glulam component production supplies the structural elements of timber houses and wide-span buildings. With high-capacity equipment and technical staff, it produces stable elements at sections and lengths a single solid piece cannot reach.
HOW THE LINE WORKS
How material moves through this line
01
Lamella preparation
Dried material is ripped, cleaned of defects and sorted by grade class.

Length jointing
Finger-jointing brings the lamellae to the required length.

Laminating press
Lamellae are glued with the grain in the same direction and pressed; the section behaves like one piece but moves far less.
04
Finishing
Cut to size and, where required, CNC drilled and milled ready for assembly.
