Data processed and purpose
The name, company, telephone, email and enquiry content you send through the quote builder or by telephone and email are processed solely to prepare the quotation, carry out the order and communicate with you.
No form data is stored on the server. The quote summary is passed to your own email client and sent by you.
Legal basis and retention
Data is processed on the legal bases of the establishment and performance of a contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller.
Without prejudice to statutory obligations to retain commercial books and records, data is deleted or anonymised once the purpose of processing no longer applies.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to processing.
